Tuesday ~28 October 2008~......3 days to Halloween night!! Immediately after work...searched online for places that sells halloween costumes and found out there is this place at Arab street that has a shop called "1st Novelty Costumes" This was what i found there....so many people, so many costumes. In the end you will either be spoilt for choice or confused of what to buy & wear!! But i got my stuff le!!!

Rise and shine to a brand new morning! Monday (20 October 2008) off from wk! received an sms from sweete just as i was about to wake up! how coincidental..kekes*

Since i was already up. Suddenly had the urge to go watch the sunrise at East Coast Beach..there i was..hopping into the car and next thing i knew was..i was ordering a nice cup of coffee and a monster breakfast burger from Carl's Jr..Yummy! *kekes!

Saturday, woke up early morning to return to office to meet up a wedding couple to further discuss on their wedding package. Conclusion? In total 5 appointments for weddings enquiries this week = 3 x closed wedding deals!!.... up to S$50k revenue for CPCA...so happy!! *wootz*

Spent the rest of the afternoon busy-bodying around the ballroom checking out my colleague's event and completing my 3 wedding contracts!

Look at my desk!! isn't it neater and more tidy!! Finally after many countless busy overtime and late nights, i have cleared my huge pile of events and files!! so i had time to pack my desk and this is how it looks like now!!

it was so torturing working with a messy table for a month!!

Finally can blog about my personal life now. srry no pics for this as i didnt take any. it was too dark anyway. Last night suppose to bring *meow to dempsy hill for ben & jerry's ice cream. but when we got there it was closing already. *sad =( it was a long drive there. but no worries! my swettie was sitting beside me.napping. i like to peep at her slping. so adorable* wootz...!

After which, we went to M.O.S , she didnt seem like she wanted to go, maybe she's tired after work, but i still drove us there...*sorry if you really didn't wanted to go sweetie* but overall it was fun, there was so many people at past midnight, well since it closed late, so most party animals will pop by before the nght ends. we had some drinks, i ordered raspberry vodka for her and i drank wine. Got a little high and went up to the stage to dance a bit. but felt awkward after a while like dancing wit myself*lols, lucky there was this aussie guy who introduced himself and dance with me a bit...ehhs...i know what you ppl are thinking.. i am *straight ok!!.lols. Got off the stage aft a while, and went over to "dunno where" cage i guess. srry i am not familiar with M.O.S, third visit only and 2nd time dancing there! my cinderella went over with mi into the cage and i was dancing with her. except i was the only one dancing. but still i had lots of fun and was really happy!! coz she was with mi!! i hope she'll dance with me the next time we go club tgt.i truely enjoy myself be it where ever we went to. its her presence that makes it significant.. thoughts: EITEEWS YM GNIVOL every moment every second~

After by coffee and relaxation at Bali Affair, back to reality!! went back to office to complete a BEO (banquet event order for Tueaday and coincidently met up with the organiser from Cathay Pacific to collect her recruitment day materials. * i guess i "wow" her when she called to find out that i am in office on a Sat, at 8pm..lols.. I must be crazy..

I don't usually wear specs, just that the PC is too bright le..so put on my trusty specs with o degree transition lens to work! Last Friday, was a busi dae...appointments all day long, end up can only clear some work..
Schedule for Friday: (3 Oct 2008~)
+ first half of the day (morning) -rush out some last minute revised contracts and replied some enquiries via e-mails

+ 3.30pm - appointment with wedding couple 1. to show them our Chengal ballroom, i did a half half site tour for them as they didnt very seem interested, must be shoppers who don't even know when they plan to get married. Think Crowne Plaza is Takashimaya issit!? lols

+ 5.30pm - appointment with Margret from Cathay Pacific Airlines was cancelled as she couldn't make it. *woots* some time to do my own work.. =)

+7.oopm - appointment with Serene and Daryl, wedding couple 2. Last minute changed to 8pm as they were caught in a traffic jam, in the end when they arrived they went to "Kopi Tiam" at T3 to have their dinner "first"leaving me to wait for them with an empty stomach.. *dots* these ppl ah....!!! lols ...but they ARE potentials..who wanted to pay deposit on the very day, but i told them to go him to discuss and let me know if they really have selected our hotel. *Always selling with a clear conscious* kekes

+8.00pm - appointment with Joe and Winnie, wedding couple 3. was last minute cancelled as they said they will be late as well, lucky they are sensible enough to say they will come another day as they are afraid that i will have to stay back in office just to wait for them... nice ppl at last..lols

2) tender my resignation, and cross over to Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, can wake up later, Catering Sales Manager, but slightly lesser pay...

Seems like i wont be playing in tomorrow's game due to work commitment. *Damn* i was so looking forward to the match. All due to the trainings i have missed and even today where players were allocated to their teams and positions, i was not present, instead i was attending to full day meeting-event today by Nestle Nutrition Sinapore. I had to go through the normal procedures of meeting the client once during the start of the meeting, second time and third time during their Morning & Afternoon coffee-breaks and final meetup to present the corporate gifts to the organiser of the position of highest position...all of which resulted in me being taken out of the IHG fotsol competition for not being enthu enough, but at least i will still be paying in the SHA-Singapore Hotel Association League. Not so bad afterall.. but seriously *Jason Yap* you better not spend too much time on work or you will end up missingout on lots of thing.. a gentle reminder to not neglect my personal life for work!

Ultimately i did manage to attend a bit of the team's team buildng session, where we had the opportunity to be the first to watch the cheerleaders do their "thing:" well...not too bad for amatures.."Goal Crowne Plaza" thats the least i could do for now... looking forward to the next chance to play during the SHA league competition..

Today, i'm home slightly earlier than ever. I don't know why. Could be the exhaustion from work, but i did managed to completed quite a fair bit of work coverage today.*yups!!*.Today Malcolm (my boss!! aka Director of Crowne Meetings Department came to me saying "you better not take leave on 27 Aug 08, immediate a tired and confused response of facial expressions went back right at him from my end...ridicule about what he meant, i said Okay lor..if thats what you say boss"...than i realised that he mentioned b4 about recomanding me for XXX - not suppose to disclose at the moment...well sometimes i find that when you try to show you care too much, may it be for work or relationships, it turns out to *back-fire* on you."

Well, i used to show i care alot for people i love and care for, "without questions asked or any returns from them in mind" does it really mean anything to them...well i got my answer already, and its proven a bad and unrecommaded practice. I may say that, but like the saying goes, "a leapord never changes its spots"...i would say i am still very much myself, doing what i feel and believing in what i am so earger to achieve....and its seems....its still a distant from now in time till i'll get my answer.

Its been a hell of a long time since i last updated. Maybe i'm not a "blog" person. Just like when i was a kid. I can never maintain a diary or a journal for more than a month. Well lets see if this final attempt at keeping an electronic journal works?, if not i'll soon be too "lao kok kok" to have a blog...*kekes*

Well, just a recap of what has happened since i last ended my previous entry *my one & only entry up-to-date actually* "hehes"

Recap~
i was busy & lazy since entry no. 1... Lets skip the lazy part. as for Busy? well largely due to "StoresOnline Inc"... after selling them the venue at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for their Internet Conference at our very exquisite ballroom "The Changal Ballroom" i started my workaholic regime, full-six-days of pure revuene for the hotel. This kept the owners and GM's smile unstoppable...its was like "THE" most fabulous & revenue generating single corporate deal closed-to-date for the hotel. A total of 200K SGD earned.. and this took me to a prospective promo. opportunity to a Crowne Meetings Manager... A milestone away from my current goal... A Director of Sales & Marketing.... (",) and hopefully one day i'll get to have a chance to teach in a pretigeous School of Hospitality Management.i'd always had a facination for teaching..once i have achieved all these nitty gritty ambition stuff...i'll start my own business..be it a up market theme-cafe? or posh-classy wine bar? lols.....

Well as of today... finally work-load lessened by a big whole chunk, i managed to go down to the cage at East Coast for footsol training, ehh, since the hotel opened, i only went for the first and last training before match day..*pathetic* anyways..it was a great workout..come Thursday (210808) all players will be having a nice get together meal in our hotel and a team building sesson prior to the game on Friday (220808) against the (IHG) Intercontinental Hotel Group..

Jason is thinking "count down till Aug 2009!!, isn't that a year FROM NOW to find out what happens to be waiting for someone who might break my heart thereafter ...coz she did make it clear that there are no G U R A N T E E S she won't break my heart ..hmm..well than again * i've never waited for anyone before for a relationship*, i'll never know what it's like till it happens. what will i feel when that day comes? will i be sad or happy or @#%$???

The New Begaining

Work~
After a kick start to my brand new career in Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, i have decided to start a new indulgence (to fill thy night life, a feet tiring dae!~ to record the daily happenings of my Zimplelife (",)

Today was a busy but proactive and productive day. Well, although there were some 40 over e-mails that i received over the weekend as well as my leave claimed yesterday.

The boombastic..response was tiring and scarry, but most were cleared and some were mystically left unattended.

Personal~
After a horrigible past, i have pick myself up and began a whole new life with Bel~ very much in my life. The feeling has and will be immense. Still hoping for the best to come..

Play~
Being part of the Crowne Plaza soccer team i missed soccer training today, all for the cause of work, ~a total Workaholic indeed i would say~ Nevertheless, i am representing my Hotel in the coming IHG footsol competition against Holdiay Inn(s) and Intercntinental Hotel..More updates to come!
